Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of FRI is designated by the Board of Directors and consists of not less than seven members of the Board, including the two Vice-Presidents of the corporation and the President if he is also a Director. The Executive Committee possesses and may perform each and all of the powers and duties of the Board of Directors when the Board is not in session. The Executive Committee has the power to appoint committees and sub-committees as it may deem necessary. It may also prescribe the duties of officers and employees of the corporation whose duties are not defined by the bylaws of the Board of Directors.
