The Technical Committee is a sub-committee of the Technical Advisory Committee.  The Technical Committee is composed of the Chairman and at least six but not more than ten members of the Technical Advisory Committee to conduct the affairs of the Technical Advisory Committee subject to review by the Technical Advisory Committee as a whole.
